Hmm yeah, i could probably code it like bash, add some links in a small top bar menu for highest rated, todays posts, posts by user, etc

I like sverige's suggestion as well as the way that bash and qdb do ratings. Deleting unfunny stuff is quiet subjective.

How about comments for each picture? Leave them hidden/condensed unless you click 'view (#) comments'. That way people could express their feelings, discuss, and ask questions without cluttering the board.
